Sometimes it’s hard to wake up early in the morning and to be mental fit right from the beginning of the day. For some people it’s totally normal to be a grumby in the morning, because they are more like a night owl.
Unfortunately these people have some disadvantages against the others: A study from 2012 shows us that people who wake up earlier tend to feel more optimistic and can be healthier and less stressed. Furthermore they are better at work and more productive.
